Ruth Jenkins owner of The Lady Gardener garden makeover and maintenance company based in Otterbourne near Winchester is delighted to have received Rural Development Programme for England (RDPE) Grant funding to assist with the expansion of her rural based business.

The grant has enabled Ruth to purchase an additional commercial vehicle which will in turn allow The Lady Gardener to take on larger and more complex projects.
